I don't know what the CFDA awards are...I only know that Maggie Gyllenhaal showed up looking like some kind of genie/geisha/gladiator. Maggie just decided to mix up as many different influences as she could I guess. That's what you do when you're a daring style icon. It's also a great way to distract people from your hideous face.
