Notorious drunken boob-flasher and sometime "actress" Tara Reid has become engaged to French fashion mogul Julien Jarmoune. The Enquirer says Reid and Jarmoune fell in love while researching her new fashion line Mantra. That's the one I posted on a couple weeks ago where it's all different colors and the colors have different meanings. Yeah, she thought it up when she was drunk.
