The IIFA awards were given away in Bangkok over the weekend. Among the performers at the awards ceremony was newcomer Harman Baweja.
Q: Are you having fun in Bangkok?
A: Yes so far so good.
Q: You are looking really nice in the posters of Love Story 2050. Tell us more about the movie.
A: Well there will be a lot of flying cars, a lot of tall buildings, robots — you must have seen a small robot dancing with me in a song — and there is going to be a lot of fun, a lot of emotions.
Q: You’re performing on stage today. It’s going to be your first stage performance, there is a lot of crowd, lot of people from Bollywood. Have you got the jitters?
A: Absolute jitters. Why not? It’s my first performance, there are no retakes, there is no home production to take care of me, so I am obviously nervous. But I have rehearsed and I hope it goes well.
Q: Okay. Fortunately you have a lot of female fans and you have to tell them why they should watch Love Story 2050, because when you tell them, they will listen to you.
A: I don’t know about the female fans, but Love Story 2050 is a complete entertainer. It’s got everything in it. It’s got its share of visual effects, it’s got its share of action, comedy, drama. The only thing missing is a hardcore Punjabi number, but everything else is there
