Australia: Goward urges planned climate change strategy

Australian Broadcasting Corporation: The New South Wales Opposition's spokeswoman for environment and climate change and the Member for Goulburn, Pru Goward, says the Federal Government needs to implement a planned strategy to deal with the effects of climate change, rather than throwing cash at the problem.
