Lula Says Brazil Won't Change Environmental Policies

Bloomberg: Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said the government's Amazon policies won't change after his top environmental official resigned this month. ``The environmental policy belongs to the government that was elected in 2002 and that platform hasn't changed,'' Lula said during the swearing-in ceremony of Carlos Minc, Brazil's new Environmental Minister.
