Blocking Aid is a Crime Against Humanity

Armed police checkpoints set up by the Burmese military regime are continuing to prevent almost all foreign experts in sanitation, nutrition and medicine from reaching cyclone survivors in the Irrawaddy delta. Their names and passport numbers are being taken down and they are being sent away: "No foreigners allowed." Some aid workers and doctors who have managed to enter the area are being sent away.
