Pak Presidency set to restore judges minus Iftikhar Chaudhry

Pakistan Presidency has finalised its proposals for the re-appointment of all sacked judges minus former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry.

According to the Daily Times, President Pervez Musharraf had finalised the proposals in consultations with Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokar, senior lawyer Sharifuddin Pirzada and Attorney General Malik Qayyum. (ANI)
