Punjab has no water for giving to Haryana: Badal!

Terming the Centre`s nod to Haryana on the concept report on Ravi-Beas link project, without taking the concent of Punjab government was `injustice` to the state, Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Sunday said that Punjab has no drop of water to allow its flow to the neighbouring state of Haryana.
