SC transfers Prof Sabharwal case to Nagpur!

In a serious setback to the Madhya Pradesh government, the
Supreme Court on Wednesday directed that the Professor Sabharwal murder case be transferred from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh to Nagpur in Maharashtra. The apex court has also ordered that the statement of the three policemen witnesses will be recorded again. Also the Madhya Pradesh government will be required to bear the expenses incurred in transferring the case. Read »
