Barack Obama has seen a spike in support over the last week, strongly positioning him to be the Democrat nominee for Nov 2008. His messages of unity, togetherness and change have attracted a whole host of voters across the spectrum. His speeches have been compared with no less than MLK Jr and Kennedy. Any questions on experience have been dismissed as typical ‘Washington’ tactics or 'racist'.
