HIV Particles Seen in Real Time While Assembling on Cell Surface

With the help of a special microscope that lights only the surface of the cell, researchers from the Rockefeller University have observed the first real time images of HIV particles assembling on the surface of a living cell to form a single particle of the HIV virus.
